Earth and City Interview + Root Veggie Chips Recipe

Earth and City graciously invited me to spend the morning at their kitchen in the Junction neighbourhood in Toronto's west end last week. We spent the morning doing food prep and chatting about Earth and City, the philosophy behind the brand and their ongoing commitment to supporting local and fostering community through food.
