This weekend, yoga and wellness enthusiasts from across the Greater Toronto Area will gather to learn, teach, shop, discuss and enjoy all things associated with a healthy lifestyle at the Yoga & Wellness Show. The Yoga & Wellness Show will have something for everyone and is geared towards being inclusive for beginners to novice yogis, and everyone in between. If you're looking to find more balance and to start this season off on a healthy foot, then this show is for you! I have personally been practicing yoga on a regular basis for over 10 years and I truly believe in the benefits of yoga. I've practiced a variety of styles in studios across Ontario, during a semester abroad in Italy, and even right in my own home. The beauty of yoga is that it is something that anyone can participate in. It spans generations, as you cannot be to old or too young to start. There is no requisite fitness level and contrary to popular belief, you do not need to be flexible. Yoga is about breath and being present. At the most basic level, all you need to do is show up to your mat and breathe - it is really that simple!

About the Show
The Yoga & Wellness Show will feature exhibitors from local yoga studios and gyms, as well as vendors offering services ranging form healthy nutrition (including gluten free), naturopathy and spiritual well being. The weekend will also showcase vendors offering healthy food, clothing and accessories, health aids, meditative arts, aromatherapy, and more. Check out the full list of exhibitors here.
The weekend would not be complete without a full lineup of yoga and fitness classes. The classes are free to participate in and will include vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga and even some acro yoga. New York Times Best Selling Author of the Eat-Clean Diet, Tosca Reno will be making an appearance for a class or two as well. The show will also feature motivational speakers who are experts in fitness, health and wellness. You can find the full schedule here.
A portion of our ticket proceeds from the Yoga & Wellness Show will be donated to The Centre of Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) this year. Also, the show will be collecting donations for the Daily Bread Food Bank Thanksgiving Food Drive. Attendees who bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the drive will receive $1 off the entrance fee.
