The 8th Annual Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-Off

Helping to build and strengthen Toronto's vegan community was a driving force in my decision to create the Love Wild Live Free blog. I am a proud supporter of local vegan events and I am excited to be sharing all of the details for the 8th Annual Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-Off, which is hosted by the Toronto Vegetarian Association.  This year’s event will be held on Sunday, March 20th at 2pm, located at Daniels Spectrum at 585 Dundas Street East in Toronto.

Each year this event brings together both professional and home bakers to compete in a friendly competition by submitting their most extravagant vegan baked goods. Celebrity judges and 500+ lucky attendees taste and test these delicious and compassionate baked goods to determine a totally fabulous winner. Bakers compete for glory, bragging rights and sponsor-donated prize packs valued up to $500!

In 2015, I participated in the 7th Annual Bake-Off with my "En-Lightened Trail Mix Cookies" and also entered the unBake-Off competition during the 31st Veg Food Fest at Harbourfront, with my "Raw Peachy Crisp" made using local Ontario peaches.
